Chris Van de Cloot  has specialised in Professional Life Coaching and believes that people have a natural drive to become a better version of themselves. Her coaching style facilitates, stimulates, gives direction and invites you to become aware and be the designer of your own future.  She uses  the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as an eye-opener for innate strenghts and adaptability, always creating a positive frame of mind. Her coaching process follows the Appreciative Inquiry Model , based on the idea that positive images of future situations trigger action in the present. Chris is a certified MBTI, MTR-i and ITPQ trainer and challenges teammembers to optimize cooperation and performance.

 

Jan Celis ran the family owned business Hamal from 1987 onwards. His dream at that time was to be in charge of an organisation which would grow 100 times bigger. After 16 consecutive years of double digit growth, turn-over as well as profit, he reached this ambitious goal. Meanwhile the family sold the business to the Dutch Johma in 1991. From then on Jan Celis was managing director of Johma-Hamal Belgium, the present Uniq Belgium. As a result of a very successful management approach, the company became the absolute leader on the Benelux salad market.
